Reiki Session
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a combination of two Japanese words rei and ki meaning universal life energy. Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. This healing art is an effective delivery system. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel that supplies healing energies where they are most needed by the recipient.

Chi Nei Tsang Session
CNT is a powerful, ancient form of detoxifying, energizing, abdominal massage. It blends Chinese and Thai massage and meditation techniques, making it truly different from any other healing modality. Chi, the life-force energy, moves through the body’s internal channels, nervous system, blood vessels, and lymph glands. These systems concentrate and cross paths in the abdomen, which acts as their control center.

Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Hot Stones
In this 2 hour custom tailored session, your body will be fully supported with multiple yoga props in extended Restorative Yoga poses, led by Reiki Master and Yoga instructor, Jillian.
